Housed inside a ship from 1904, Backschaft Kombüse & Spelunke (sailor’s language for “Kitchen & Bar) has mood for days and its menu serves as an elegant extension of the brass-clad interiors. the navy-hued, cloth-bound cover was produced by Brandbook and features a lovely, bold wordmark in clear foil. Inside, the small range of dishes is presented in crisp typography and specialty paper. The red rubber stamp is a great punctuation mark to the whole presentation.
