(Est. 2007) “Dropbox lets you bring all your photos, docs and videos anywhere and share them easily. Anything you save to your Dropbox will automatically save to all your computers, phones, and even the Dropbox website. Dropbox also makes it super easy to share with others. Even if you accidentally spill a latte on your laptop, Dropbox has you covered, and none of your stuff will ever be lost.”
I am guessing the 1-color version has existed for some time — see here — but it now has been called up to the majors to serve as the main logo for Dropbox, getting placed in their home page and its Facebook and Twitter profile pics. This flat version really proves what a bad logo this is, now that it doesn't have its shading to hide behind. It's just a bottomless box that not even Maru would jump in.
Thanks to Nathan Bylok for the tip.
Plans are in development for coming back to Europe in Spring of 2018 with the current top contender host city of Barcelona.
