Nike has filed an opposition with the USPTO against the logo submitted for approval by Gronk Nation L.L.C., a fitness equipment company owned by Rob Gronkowski, a tight end for the New England Patriots (and, ironically, a spokesman for Nike), due to similarities with Nike’s Jumpman mark.
