Rodney is a senior partner in design based in Lippincott’s New York office. He has extensive expertise in creating visual identity programs that translate brand strategy into expression and experience.

Rodney’s background includes 20 years at Lippincott where he has created numerous identity and environmental design programs for a diverse range of clients including the Actavis, Avianca, Bank of America, Caterpillar, Citi, Dell, IBM, Infiniti, ITT, Johnson Controls, LG Electronics, Mayflower Transit, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Nissan, Sprint, Sysmex, United Van Lines, United Rentals, and Visa.

Most recently Rodney led the brand refresh for Southwest Airlines.

Rodney’s work has been featured in leading design publications and books, and had received numerous awards. He has also been a senior lecturer at the University of the Arts, Philadelphia, where he taught senior projects in interactive narrative and corporate identity, as well as a guest critic at Yale University.

Rodney holds a B.F.A. in graphic design from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and an M.F.A. in design from Yale University
