I would love to get me my hands on these letterpress plaid cards. I would rub them all day long.

Some projects need more explanation than others. In this case, I am going to have Brent Pelloquin, from Prejean Creative, lay the premise for this card:

As an agency, we've always leaned toward a printed piece for a couple of reasons. One, the holidays are a season of traditions. And, two, we really like the tactile nature of a piece crafted from really nice paper that you can hold in your hands and display. Clean and simple, with a heartfelt message and die-cut graphics, this design felt right amidst the economic concerns of 2009.

I love a card with a little meat to it, and this one leaves me satisfied and waiting for what could possible come next. And I am a sucker for anything even remotely interactive such as the unfolding and finding of each separate die-cut, and how in the end it all makes sense as further explained by the lovely words that seal the deal.

I was also fortunate to receive one of these cards in the mail. I'm keeping it on my shelf in my office and show it around to my students. Great design and concept - thanks Prejean!
