I would love to get me my hands on these letterpress plaid cards. I would rub them all day long.

Providers of witty products and encouragers of creative writing, 826 National has put together that asks a very simple, yet horribly daunting question: Are You Absolutely, Positively, and Wholeheartedly Ready to Publish Your Novel?

The poster takes you through a labyrinthine range of questions and (possibly) answers that will help you make an informed decision on whether, yes or no, it is ready. Silkscreened in two different stocks, the poster is a delight to stare at, especially if you are not a writer facing such hard decisions.

Whether you are a writer, a fan a good writing, or an aficionado of chart-like posters, you can buy a copy — that benefits 826 National's writing programs — here.

thomas’s comment is:

That's Futura? It looks like a similar-to-but-pleasant-aternative face, like H&FJ Gotham or some such. I love 826 stuff, always so cool to look at.

Gorgeous!

But I agree with Thomas, I really cannot believe that is Futura.

Trevor Woods’s comment is:

Futura for sure. It absolutely sings when it's tracked out, and in an appropriate weight for your content.

Great poster. Send me one if I ask nice?

I'd say Avenir, not Futura, that G gives it away.

Vijay’s comment is:

As well as the N. Futura, has an uncomfortably sharp N.

Its beautiful!

Definitely Avenir, not Futura. It's the Q that gives it away.
