Being a recent graduate myself (hire me!) I agree with the desire to create personalized graduation announcements. The cookie cutter invitations you get from the University are just plain boring, and for a graphic designer, do not effectively communicate or showcase what was learned. When you take matters into your own hands, you end up with something truly self referential and meaningful.

I wanted to create a custom stamp for my MFA graduation announcements. SimonStamps produced laser-cut stamp design. I wanted hand-made look and feel for the piece and used French Paper to add a little life.

Side note: Custom laser-cut stamps are the bees knees.
