Here is a really cool party invitation that would give me a scare at first glance. The eviction notice packaging is a great design element that commands attention. The invitation features some interesting typography. It even somehow manages to make Arial look okay.

A friend was evicted from his home and had to move across town. He wanted to send out invitations which would serve a dual purpose: 1) to explain the reason for his move and 2) to invite everyone to his new place for a house warming party.

To ensure that the invites stood out in the mail we sent them in tubes marked with ‘EVICTION NOTICE OPEN IMMEDIATELY’ (This was the same marking Jeremy found on the envelope left stapled to his door by the sheriff). These markings ensured a 100% response rate within 48 hours of mailing the invitations.

Houswarming Party --- Houswarming Party --- Houswarming Party --- Houswarming Party --- Houswarming Party
