Just as I have grown weary of Archer, along comes a piece that makes me remember why its so damn popular in the first place. All of the typography is visually appealing while retaining both its legibility and readability. There is a wonderfully consistent color scheme with complimentary graphics and photography. This booklet and folder are really well designed overall.

The Loyola acceptance packet is arguably the most important part of the University’s information flow: it is the final opportunity to convince an accepted student to deposit, enroll, and invest the next four years of their life at Loyola. Keeping this in mind, the Loyola Acceptance Initiative was designed to give accepted students a broad perspective of their next four years at Loyola. Quite simply, the content mimics the experience of being a greyhound, intellectually, socially, religiously, and personally

Loyola doesn’t just teach students how to succeed academically or professionally. Rather, Loyola students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them adapt to challenges and evolve for the rest of their lives. This is why the Acceptance booklet doesn’t focus on a single discipline or aspect of the Loyola education. It is a constantly changing (but always curiosity-inspiring) series of provocations, facts, perspectives, questions, and images that give the reader a glimpse into the unique education that they will receive at Loyola‚ and the ways that this education will help shape them.
