Intricate illustrations, delicious color palettes, and a nod to my history are enough to make me look. Once there, I can’t leave. The swirls, the scales, the teeth, the dots, the every detail beckons me to come closer and investigate the minutia that makes these posters so different from many others.

Taller en Vida is a live event where posters are printed and people have a chance to see how silkscreening works as well as getting the chance to buy art prints at low cost. I designed two posters, Calaca con Pejelagarto and Calaca con Caguama—these two posters represent part of my culture, my fascination with Calaveras and animals native to southern Mexico.
