Though the designers wanted to downplay the fact that they got a new office address, the location denoted in clear varnish is the highlight of this card. Combined with the Carmen Sandiego-esque all caps lettering and abundant question marks, I can’t help but wonder, “where in the world is AVSD01?”

We love to play with different techniques and papers. Unfortunately, most clients don’t have the money or just don’t care … So, each time we have to print our business cards, we try something new. This time, we were moving (after almost 10 years in the same location) but wanted to let our clients know nothing else would change. So we decided to go for a clear varnish for all the informations concerning the adress. In a way, we were saying, “since you don’t really see it, it doesn’t change anything.” For once, we decided to go for a super simple design to try and bring forth the advantages of good paper and finishing techniques.
