Project Description

A series of posters designed for "Makanlah Buah-Buahan Tempatan", an exhibition held in conjunction with KL Design Week to celebrate Malaysia local fruits through art and design. The posters seek to elevate the unique personality of each fruit — durian, coconut and pineapple — through use of simple, quintessential geometry shapes that are part of the fruit appearance characteristic. The characteristics are then visualized in physical tactile form with simple paper craft techniques.

Production Lesson(s)

The hand cutting process was a gratifying experience. We come to love hands-on process in making things, and we definitely will continue to explore the opportunities.”
