Project Description

We wanted to produce the highest quality 100% auto detailing towel available. Our towels have no tags and an all cotton hem (which is easily removed). These attributes are extremely important to the high-end automobile collector.

Our towels were packaged with the idea of showing the beauty of Scratch Protector's super soft cotton. The cotton truly sets our product apart. Each 3-Pack of 100% cotton towels comes packaged inside a 4 mil resealable poly bag. Each 3-Pack includes 1 red, 1 white, and 1 blue cotton hemmed towels, allowing you to designate each color for a specific task: Wash, Wax, Polish, etc!

Production Lesson(s)

Our biggest challenge was the process in which we packaged the product. The actual assembly of the Towel + Bellyband + Polybag was critical. We found that our packaging cost was higher that budgeted for and we decided to stick with the quality packaging. We care about the quality of our product. We feel that it shows.”
