Project Description

Once upon a time I had written to a girlfriend in a text message "Your hugs are like drugs... and I'm an addict". It always stuck with me, and I was proud of the sentiment. Even though it didn't quite work for me in the long run, I thought others could benefit from it.  So I decided to turn it into a card. I wanted it to feel very personal and handmade, so I did all the type by hand, and kept it kind of loose, almost messy. My goal with each card was to make whoever got it feel really good.

This was a pretty straight forward project. If I had to change one thing I would like to have used a higher line screen for the printing.”
