Project Description

Olive or Twist specializes in making classic and unique handcrafted cocktails. So using some good ole handcrafted letterpress seemed like a perfect and natural fit.

Production Lesson(s)

In order to highlight the character of the French Muscletone Pure White, the positive space in the logo was left blank. This means that the character of the printed negative space had to match the Muscletone Black that was duplexed to the opposite side. Cohesion was very closely monitored because of this. Similarly, matching the same gold Pantone value on black paper, white paper, and with edge paint was imperative and, well... tricky.”
