Project Description

I've always liked the way newsprint looked when used for wrapping up gifts. I did this project so I could have some newsprint wrapping paper of my own design, which I could then use to send out to art directors for the holiday season. It features a few full colour illustrated patterns as well as some graphic black and white patterns in each pack. I didn't want the paper to reference any specific holiday so they could be used whenever. They also double as large scale prints ready for your wall.

Production Lesson(s)

The printer was really knowledgeable and accommodating, giving me multiple quotes. I think that's the biggest thing I took from the experience of getting such a high volume printed for myself was, you can't be impatient. Make sure the printer understands what you want and take the time to go over all the details without feeling rushed. This way it'll come out the way you had hoped, which was the case with this project.”
