Project Description

The objective for this project was to design and produce a VIP invitation kit targeted at executive-level invitees for a corporate event centered around a 1980'€™s theme and entertainment. Our primary focus was to have this piece reflect elements synonymous with the 1980's, while at the same time, raise the classification of the event to something more refined than simply a “€˜theme party.” Through the use of vibrant neon accents and holographic foils, juxtaposed against the quiet sophistication and style of a blind deboss on Neenah Classic Crest, we were able to successfully convey this intention to the recipients.

Production Lesson(s)

Never underestimate the time and effort needed to coordinate any project requiring custom components from multiple vendors across parallel timelines. Diligence, planning and flexibility are all critical tools every design team must possess and use daily. ”
