Graphic Intervention: 25 Years of International AIDS Awareness Posters 1985 – 2010 is a wonderful exhibition curated by Elizabeth Resnick and Javier Cortes currently on view at Massachusetts College of Art and Design through December 4, 2010. The contrasts between “designed” and “vernacular” posters is what’s most poignant about the selections, all viewable online with really wonderful and short captions and complete credits where possible. In this Quip, I’ve selected a few representative posters. Shown : Drawing by J. Keeler
