She removed the photo of McCrusty after she got in trouble...(I really don't see what all the flack was about other than unauthorized use of outtakes): Annie Leibovitz has been taking horrendous/revealing pictures of politicians for years. You'd think any politician with his longevity would know that any up-the-nostrils perspective and bad lighting wouldn't be flattering....
