Reggie Snowden is a Co-founder and President of Ghost Note Agency. He is a passionate and empathic leader of people who is leading the agency’s vision to be a true safe space for diverse creatives. As President, Reggie serves as the agency’s strategic leader on recruiting, talent management and development, and overall employee experience. His primary focus is to help attract the best and brightest talent to the organization through innovative, people-centered programs and processes that ensure the agency’s culture is healthy and positioned to deliver the highest quality work product. Reggie also manages the leaders of the creative services units of the agency, pulling from his technical background in graphic design and former capacity of Creative Director at Ghost Note. Reggie is a Washington, DC native and proud graduate of Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
