I am a screen printer, multi-media designer, and figure-it-out-er. I, with my wife Shannon, own CommonWealth Press in Pittsburgh, PA - the only union screen-printing design shop in Pennsylvania. We employ 18 people and have existed for the past 23 years on word of mouth alone. We also have a series of brick-and-mortar retail stores that act as a creative outlet for overactive brains.
In the interest of name dropping - I and my company have worked on projects with and for clients such as the Avett Brothers, Kurt Vonnegut, Willie Nelson, the Andy Warhol museum, the Pittsburgh Steelers, Lamb of God, the US Air Force, Heinz, Glen E Friedman, the Pittsburgh Pirates, Marin Bikes, FIFA, and Leonas ice cream sandwiches.
I enjoy building fires, haiku, coaching rugby, trees, arguing about things that can’t be proven, playing the banjo (poorly but with enthusiasm), and the environmental sounds of very early mornings in western Pennsylvania.
