In general we have never procured room blocks for our conference as none of our venues over the years have been affiliated with a hotel but we are often able to secure some modest discounts with hotels nearby. Please note these are small courtesy blocks of 10 to 15 rooms so they will sell quickly. Also please note the cut-off dates for each.
This list is a work in progress but don’t wait for any miracles… the hotel industry is crazy and prices can multiply overnight so book as soon as possible. There is now a Sabrina Carpenter concert on the same days as the conference and a Steelers game on Sunday so that will drive prices up and fill hotels quicky.
