Registration Information
In-person early and regular registration for both professionals and students includes: admission to all sessions at the Brand New Conference, snacks and refreshments during breaks, access to the after-party, a complimentary program/catalogue, and complimentary downloads of all individual video files from the conference.
In-person attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recording taken of you at the event for promotional and educational purposes in connection with the Brand New Conference by UnderConsideration LLC.
Webcast registration includes: live streaming to all sessions of the 2023 Brand New Conference and complimentary downloads of all individual video files after the event.
Group Discounts
Companies or organizations sending 5 or more attendees receive a 15% discount on the total price of all tickets. Applies to both professional and student tickets.
Enter groupdiscount during registration for each ticket. All tickets must be purchased in the same order.
Individuals from separate companies or organizations may not group together in the same order to receive the discount.
Group discount only applies to tickets and not webcast.
Nonprofit Pricing
Nonprofits receive a 30% discount, please inquire for discount code.
Substitutions and Cancellations
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Friday, September 8, 2023. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, September 8, 2023. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Saturday, September 9, 2023 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.
If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a webcast registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, September 8, 2023. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower webcast registration. Changes requested on Saturday, September 9, 2023 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.
If you were unable to attend or missed part of the conference, you will get access to download videos of all the presentations.
If the Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.
Speakers and Schedule
While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.
