Substitutions and Cancellations You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us by e-mail, no later than Thursday, September 7, 2017. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Thursday, August 31, 2017. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Friday, September 1, 2017 or after, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will not be refunded.
If the Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.
