Remote Access Information

This is NOT a livestream

Unlike all previous editions of the Brand New Conference, this will not be a live webcast. Remote access will be available AFTER the event. Videos are recorded then manually edited and will be available no later than 7 calendar days after the event has taken place.

Access limitations

Remote access to the presentations will be available forever — or until the internet crashes. There is no expiration date to it.

Videos will be available for download or you can watch them online in a password-protected page.

On October 31 you will receive an email with the URL and login information where you can watch the videos.

In-person attendees will also receive remote access with their registration.

Pre-registration is required

You can only purchase remote access up until Friday, October 24. Once the event has passed, remote access will not be available anymore.

Unlike all previous editions of the Brand New Conference as well, there will be no à la carte ordering of single sessions, before or after the event. You are purchasing access to the whole event, just like you would if you were attending in person.

Switching from In-person to Remote

If you have an in-person ticket and would like to change to a remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. We will issue a refund for the difference in cost from the higher in-person ticket to the lower remote access registration. Changes requested on Saturday, October 11, 2025 or after are accepted but will not receive the refund for the difference.

Format

Videos for each session will be presented in a single, password-protected page from where you will be able to play each session and/or download the video file.

Videos will be formatted as the example below — based on last year’s video player — so the slides are nice and big while you also get a good look at the speaker and their respective gestures.

Group Discount

Tiered pricing for larger groups is outlined in the chart on the top of the page. The appropriate cost is applied automatically during checkout based on number of users being registered at the same time.

Nonprofit and Educator Discount

Nonprofits and educators receive a 30% discount. We use the honor system and trust that you do work at a nonprofit or are a teacher.

Substitutions and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your remote access registration, you must notify us by e-mail no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations made on Saturday, October 11, 2025 or after will not be refunded.

If the 2025 Brand New Conference is cancelled, UnderConsideration LLC will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions.

While all speakers have confirmed their participation, we can not guarantee that the speaker list or schedule is fully final. Speakers and schedule is subject to change without notice.
