Be warned: If you don’t like cross-promotions within your blog mini-empires, don’t like to buy cool stuff, or don’t like to look at close-up pictures of chipboard printed in red, then look away! Back on June 11 of 2009, we asked through Brand New why our readers sketch logos. From the 250-plus answers there and another nearly 100 through Twitter we pulled the best 30 to compile in this appropriate vessel of a sketchbook.

Pocket-sized, this 32-page cutie can go into meeting rooms, coffee shops, subways or anywhere else designers might need it. Printed at Pinball Publishing as part of their Scout Book offering, the Brand New sketchbook is printed in bright 032 red that makes the chipboard cover look pretty delicious. Inside, in very small type and at the very bottom of each page, so as not to get in the way of the actual sketching are the 30 quotes.

The Brand New sketchbook is available for purchase for $5 plus shipping.
