Also known as a cootie catcher, chatterbox, salt cellar or whirlybird, this holiday themed, interactive fortune teller brings to life the fun of holiday movie quoting without shooting your eye out.

The origami form begins with a square piece of paper. We knew we wanted to use some existing 9 × 12 envelopes we had on hand, so we started with a square 8.75 × 8.75 shape and added a 3 inch panel on the bottom to feature our holiday message and folding instructions. Final size came to 8.75 × 11.75 which fit perfectly into our 9 × 12 envelopes.

We opted for digital printing because of our low quantity and finished the piece with a perforation (to tear off the bottom instruction panel) and scored the fold lines to make the folding process easier on the end user.
