Check out this poster, mate. Its mold-breaking, mystical illustrations, and timeless narrative bend the mind in ways that even all the kings horses and all the kings men couldn’t put it back together again.
I was approached by 9 Queens, a local nonprofit organization dedicated empowering at-risk youth and women through chess, to design promotional graphics for their upcoming Chess Fest. This year’s theme was “Through the Looking Glass” - which featured a human chess match with kids dressed up as characters in the book. The direction was simple, we need a eye-catching design to capture the concept of chess and the fantastical visuals of the story.
The design was featured on postcards, flyers, limited edition posters and shirts for sale.
