Project Description

Established in 1974, The Law Foundation of Ontario (LFO) is a grant-making organization that promotes and enhances justice for all Ontarians. For their latest annual report, Toronto-based Matter Strategic Design developed a colour-coded, multi-book approach entitled "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts", which celebrates all that contributed to LFO's achievements in 2010: the people, the ground-breaking initiatives, the fiscal prudence, and finally - the unwavering mission. Together these elements tell a powerful story of an organization that galvanized its diverse community and marshalled its increasingly fewer resources to do even more for social justice.

To further emphasize the collective strength of LFO's resources, when placed side-by-side the 4 cover illustration combine to create an even greater illustration.
