Project Description

The City of Philadelphia Mural Arts program came to Brownstein Group for the 2013 invite to their fundraiser the Wall Ball. We came up with the idea of invitees taking photos of their favorite murals around the city and tagging them in Instagram using the hashtag #wallball2013. The invite utilized a grid of Instagram style photos of Murals. Since the theme of the invite was photography the invite came in an envelope with a camera printed upon it. Inside there was a die-cut picture frame containing the fold out invite.

Production Lesson(s)

Lining up a die-cut frame that doubles as a sleeve can be challenging. Not everyone knows how to fill out an envelope when it looks like a camera.”
