Project Description

Museum Tower, a luxury high-rise in the heart of Dallas' Arts District, needed a sales brochure that would embody all of the grandeur and sophistication featured within their homes. The brochure cover boasts a blind embossed mosaic pattern that mimics the facade of the building. Special techniques including a soft touch cover coating, side-stitching, french folded pages and subtle spot varnishes were introduced to match the unique finishes found throughout the building. A library of custom photography was produced to showcase the architecture, living spaces and amenities offered at Museum Tower.

Production Lesson(s)

When approaching a project with this many special techniques, It's good to give yourself a generous window for production time, as complications are sure to arise, causing adjustments that can eat into a schedule in the most unpredicted ways.”
