I would love to get me my hands on these letterpress plaid cards. I would rub them all day long.

IMAGES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THE DESIGNER: www.hyperakt.com

In this invitation for the the EPIC Awards, which "supports the work of The White House Project to advance a richly diverse, critical mass of women into leadership positions" the geometrically-inclined folks at Hyperakt went with triangles as their muse. The triangles graphically populate the invitation but more challenging, they serve to unfold the information in the brochure, and if you have ever folded printed pieces at an angle you know it's not an easy final look to achieve, with the printed piece not being as cool or crisp as you imagined, since you are not going with or against the grain of the paper (unless you print with the sheet at 45 degrees). Judging from the photos, this invitation looks exactly like what one imagines: Cool and crisp.
