Established in 2002 through the William J. Clinton Foundation, the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) provides strong and committed support to fight the disease across the world’s impoverished areas. Working pro-bono with the foundation, UnderConsideration created a series of posters for the Latin American and Caribbean region, to be distributed in clinics, hospitals and doctors’ offices, that emphasize the importance of testing and early detection.

Because the area’s population and ethnicity are so diverse we recommended creating illustration-based posters that would allow CHAI to connect with as many people as possible by representing this rich diversity. We worked with illustrator Mark Andresen to create four posters that address the different constituencies: Expecting mothers, mothers, fathers and families.
