Maxistentialism Zine, available for backing on Kickstarter only for 60-ish hours (49 as of this writing) by Max Temkin, with layout by Simple Scott, and monthly covers by Chicago artist Chad Kouri. Subjects will include philosophy, design, humor, and social insects.

The current beta version of Apple’s upcoming iOS 8.3 includes a keyboard feature that will allow you to assign a skin color to your emojis, “based on the Fitzpatrick scale — a dermatology standard adopted by the Unicode Consortium.”

“A brief history of skateboarding” animated by Antonio Vicentini and David Galasse. Amazingly it’s NOT in the minimalist/smooth style that’s today’s default and it’s possibly some of the freshest animation recently.
