The U.S. Federal Highway Administration recently reversed a decision made in 2004 to switch highway signage to use the font Clearview, developed by James Montalbano and Meeker and Associates, instead of Highway Gothic. Thorough legibility studies proved the superiority of Clearview, so it’s a bit of a bummer the change is not happening.

The love for Bernie Sanders on Reddit is a strong one. To the point where fans (not necessarily designers) have taken it on themselves to create the equivalent to Obama’s “Hope” poster, and others are already flocking to buy it.
