The new logo is not going to get a standing ovation but it's a definite improvement all around. Replacing dull Helvetica is never a bad idea and the switch to Brutal — never heard of it before — gives it a much more contemporary techie look without going the full telecom. The spacing of the letters is nice and the lock-up with the icon is better resolved. The changes to the icon are hardly noticeable but golf clap for making the effort to smooth it out. Overall, a good, sturdy evolution.
