I’m in awe of (capital D) Design. As a student of Sociology, I study design by everyday people: The way we design our communities, our systems, and our societies. And as a student of Economics, I’ve learned to examine the power dynamics that shape society’s design.
I’m most passionate about the socioeconomic patterns that drive culture and become the fertile ground for revolutionary brands. And I’m especially interested in the brands that are willing to confront the issues shaping our future—climate, developing economies, and human rights.
While at COLLINS, I’ve helped to spur new perspectives for clients, both established behemoths and radical challenger brands alike. My goal is to inspire them to rethink the power of Brand and stretch the concept beyond its perceived limits—to redesign more equitable business models, to be responsible to the communities brands serve, and to uphold and advance the inherent promises brands make.
