As a general rule when designing a business card we try to figure out if a horizontal or vertical format is in order. Or perhaps we consider a square. Rarely do we find the excuse to do something that is completely different, something that will truly stand out in your outdated rolodex. The cards designed for Uncle Pear are exactly that. Using their logo graphic as the shape of the card, they printed the icon and information in light green and brown—unfortunately the lighter color is a bit hard to read. Something that can surely be addressed in the next print run. But, c’mon, it’s in the shape of a pear!
