Every time I open new folders for consideration on FPO, it’s like opening a gift. That moment before the preview renders, pinwheel spinning, is full of anticipation. When I first saw this calendar by Foundry collective, I was overcome with delight. The illustrations are so cute and simple, and extremely well balanced, but I’m particularly drawn to March, because well, I <3 basketball.
With the new year approaching, Foundry Collective wanted to create a fun and memorable self-promotional piece. Each illustration corresponds to a holiday or event that occurs during its respective month.
We always love working with the crew at Vahalla Studios, and they did a fantastic job printing the posters with a tight turnaround. We hope our calendar will be hung proudly and bring delight to a normally mundane task.
