Recipients of these wedding party invitations are likely to take notice when they open the envelope and find that the invitation has been stamped on a thin sheet of birch wood. The choice of this unconventional material for printed card ties in nicely to the classic American travel design influence, the location—a lodge in the woods—and will certainly make an impression on the invitees.

Project Description
Modern folks get married by the JOP and have a party afterwards. Close friends of mine decided to follow this route and asked me to design an invitation for their celebration in a lodge in a park in Syracuse, NY. I was happy to oblige and they were very happy with the result!Production Lesson(s)
Stamping 100 invitations by hand is not suggested if you are looking for every one to be perfectly printed and if you don't have extra paper/wood incase you mess one up.
