Designed by The Official Manufacturing Company.
The name of this bar, Spirit of 77, “is derived from the championship season of the Trail Blazers: a time when players had beards, smoked grass, rode bikes and united the city.” From there, the whole intentionally cheesy look flows like sideburns. The menus come in sports memorabilia acrylic displays and as a set of badly Photoshop’d trading cards. OMFGCO designed the whole space as well and it’s definitely worth a look, even the web menu oozes coolness in all that Courier.
Visit Spirit of 77.
Looks like OMFG had a great time designing this and they did a superb job with it. Everything shows attention to detail, and I especially love the acrylic cases for the menus. Takes me back to my teenage collecting days. If I'm ever in Portland I'll have to pay this place a visit.
This is too awesome. This is what would keep me coming back to a restaurant; the experience. The interior design is just as beautiful as the menus. Acrylic cases just knocks it out of the park.
Very clean and great user friendly style and design, and smart content. Youre an expert in this topic!
