Brewwd is paying homage to beer by immortalizing their imagery with super simplified screenprints. It’s a great concept; taking from what you love in the world and giving back something beautiful to the general public. I can’t tell from the picture provided, but I’m sure the gold foil ink looks rad on the Blue Moon print.

These two screen prints are the first posters printed for Brewwd, a blog combining minimal design with great beer. Brewwd is a side project of Jason VanLue, a designer in Orlando, FL.

The prints are limited edition, and only 100 of each will ever be produced. The prints are available for purchase at the Brewwd store.

Color is essential, I spent a lot of time selecting the right spot colors to optimize the original design featured on the blog. Also finding a great printer is key - the chaps at Vahalla provided awesome feedback, and had the idea to include gold foil ink in the Blue Moon print, which turned out to be an incredible addition.
