Chartreuse is a French liquor made by monks since the 1740s. The color, so named for its resemblance to the herbal elixir, in this instance symbolizes the timelessness, integrity, and craftsmanship of a carefully curated collection.

Project Description

Atelier Gary Lee is a carefully curated collection of the world's best furnishings, accessories and artwork. Acclaimed interior designer Gary Lee has brought together a mix of styles, materials, and objects that reflect his personal aesthetic. Liska developed a comprehensive brand program, including logo, website, marketing materials and stationery system to introduce the new collection to the trade.

Atelier Gary Lee's stationery system includes a 9x13 embossed custom envelope and letterpressed business cards and notecards. These techniques create a tactile quality that reflects the foundation of the collection: timelessness, design integrity and quality of craftsmanship.

Production Lesson(s)

Whenever embossing or letterpressing, we always factor the costs of a die-strike on our specified stock. ”
