Two things the world needs more of are good design and good beer. When they come together nicely there exists a special twinkle in my eye, for the world is a slightly better place. There must be a certain sense of satisfaction that comes with designing the labels and collateral for the beer you just brewed yourself. Clearly a lot of work went into this project and that will make almost anyone thirsty for a frosty brew at the end of the day.
I needed something to introduce myself to the San Diego creative community. The project started as a bottle of homebrew and a label, then quickly grew to involve a separate piece of printed literature (brochure) and then an informational hang tag about the beer.
